Transcript: Negro Outrager Hanged. CHICAGO, ILLS., July 19.-The - Daily News' Tuscaloosa, Ala., special says Henry Burke, colored, who attempted to outrage a little white girl, was captured last night in the garret of an old house. A mob at midnight took him from the jail and hanged him to a tree in the street and put five bullets in his body.
