Hanged by Indignant Citizens. 1By Western Associated TUSCALOOBA, ALA., July 19.- Henry Burke, colored, who attempted to out- rage a little white girl, was captured last night in the garret of an old house. A mob at midnight took him from jail and hanged him to a tree in the street and put five bullets in his body.
