CHICAGO, July 19.-A daily News spe- cial from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, saye: Henry Burke, colored, who attempted an outrage upon a little white girl, was captured last night in an an old house, A mob at midnight took him from the the jail and hanged him to a tree in street and put five bullets in his body.
