- Hanged by a Mob. Chicago, July 19.-The Daily News' Tusculoosa, Ala., special says Henry Burke, (colored) who attempted to outrage a little white girl was captur- ed last night in the garret of an old house. A mob, at midnight took him from the jail and hanged him to a tree in the street, and put five bullets in his body.
