EUTAW. A Murderer Sentenced to Be Hung. EUTAW, Ala., Dec. 5.-In the trial of Jim Seams, on a change of venue from Tuskaloosa county to this county, for the murder of Deputy Sheriff Autrey, last spring, the jury sentenced him to be hung. He was sentenced a few months ago, on his trial in Tuskaloosa, but the Supreme Court reversed his case, on a technicality. The evidence showed it was a murder with no palliating circumstances.
