THE JIM SEAMS CASE. We publish elsewhere in these columns the opinion of the Supreme Court reversing the judgment of the circuit court of this county in this case. As will be seen the whole thing hinged upon the question of a change of venue. The Supreme Court think that Judge Sprott erred in refusing to grant the defendant, Seams, the change of venue asked. The Court decides that he was clearly entitled to a change of venue, and so orders, reversing and remanding the case for the purpose of giving it to him. See the opinion.
