Circuit court was organized heer this morning for the hearing of cases today and tomorrow. Half of the day today was to be occupied with the hearing of city appeal cases, according to the docket, and the other half to the hearing of state cases. The docket tomorrow calls for a hearing of the case against Daniel Hays, charged with manslaughter in the first degree in connection with the killing of a negro at Fleetwood
