Transcript: TUSCALOOSA, Ala., June 17- Daniel Hays was found guilty of manslaughter in Circuit Court. He shot Felix Thomas, negro, at Fleetwood. His sentence was fixed at a year and a day in the penitentiary. Hays had been charged with second degree murder. The shooting followed a dispute over a job several months ago.
