First Degree Manslaughter Finding In Case Of Daniel Hays.
TUSCALOOSA, Ala., April 7.- Daniel Hays, 19, charged with shooting Felix Thomas to death at Fleetwood Mine, was indicted by the Grand Jury on a charge of first degree manslaughter and released on bail of $1,000 Tuesday.
The Grand Jury also returned 19 other true bills. Thirty felony and jail cases were considered. Following the report, Judge Henry B. Foster recessed the body subject to call of the court.
