Birmingham, Alabama, October 19. The Birmingham branch of the national association for the advancement of colored people has telegraphed governor B. M. Miller offering $100 reward in addition to the governors $400 reward for the arrest and conviction of the lynchers of Dennis Cross, Tuscaloosa paralytic, who was shot to death by a group of white mem posing as officers.
