By private advices that the prince of liars, John Hardy, accuses us of maliciously murdering a Negro in the city on the 28th ult. The sly rascal (Hardy) failed to send us his papers, containing the unmitigated lie, although he exchanges with us. He gets his information from the nigger villain, Allen Williams, who was beaten by the Ku-Kluxes that visited our city four days ago.
