Tuscaloosa Jory Fails to Indict in Lynching. Reporting that it has been unable to obtain evidence sufficient for an indictment the Tuscaloosa Country Grand Jury Saturday failed to bring charges in the lynching of Dennis Cross, negro. The grand jury investigated 119 cases and returned 70 indictments.
