Kirby Bush and a man named Moody are held at the county jail here awaiting a preliminary hearing before Justice of the Peace James L Foster Wednesday on a charge of murder. The two men are said to have killed a negro named Red, near Brookwood last week and were later released after a preliminary trial before a justice in the northern end of the county. Later warrants were sworn out and the men were arrested and were brought to the county jail here by members of the sheriff's force.
