KILL ONE NEGRO, POSSE, SEEKING FOR ANOTHER, Wetumpka, Ala. Nov. 11.-Citizens are scouring the woods in the vicinity of Floyd for a negro who killed John Chrisitzberg. an Elmore county farmer. Sunday afternoon the same posse killed a negro, Berney, companion of the unknown negro, and who himself shot and killed Claude Kidd, one of the posse. A cabin in which Berney was hiding was, burned to make the negro come out into, the open. The negroes, by careless driving, caused the horse of Christzberg's daughters to run away, and the shooting of Chrisitzberg followed.
