HABEAS CORPUS PROCEEDINGS. In the habeas corpus proceedings before Judge Brandon yesterday Sam Bush and Joe Morgan, who were held without bail, charged with the murder of Len Morse, a colored man, the killing occurring at Lock Sixteen during the Christmas holidays, both men were allowed bail, the bond of the former being fixed at $500 and the latter at $2000. Bush made bond at once and is now out of durance. Morgan did not make bond and is still in the County Jail.
