MOB HANGS PAIR ALABAMA BLACKS Montgomery, Ala., Jan. 4.-Two negroes, Ed. and Will Smith, accused of implication in the murder of R. A. Stillwell, an Elmore county farmer, were taken from Wetumpka jail early today and lynched by a mob. Governor O'Neal ordered a special session of the Elmore grand jury to in- vestigate the lynchings.
