Justice Loewenberg's Court. Monroe Spencer and Bill Canada, both colored, committed to jail by the City Court upon the charge of burglarizing Louis Piazza's store, will have a hearing, in the above court to-morrow. Tempy Clark was fined a dollar and costs this morning for profane language. The case against Elsay or Henry Clark, charged with shooting his uncle, Aaron Clark, with intent to kill, will be heard this afternoon. This case will soon be disposed of as the wounded man declares the shooting was accidental. This morning an affidavit was sworn out against Morgan Jones, colored, for murder.
