After an Alabama Mob in Earnest. Wetumpka, Ala. Aug. 24.-A special grand jury is in session here to investigate the lynching of Robert White, a negro, a month ago. Clop Tantor, Bigant Nails and S. F. Pittman, the bailiffs who had White in charge when he was taken by the mob, have been remanded to jail for refusing to testify before the grand jury.
