THOMAS CONVICTED. Of Complicity in the Lynching of Robert White In Elmore. Wetumpka, August 31.-(Special.)-John Thomas was convicted of complicity in the lynching of Robert White, for which three men have already been given penitentiary sentences ranging from ten years to life imprisonment. The jury fixed Thomas' punishment at ten years in the penitentiary.
