The people of Elmore almost to a man believe that the parties tried and convicted of killing Robin White, are being punished too severely. It is if anything worse than mob law to murder the citizens of our country under the forms of law, as is being done with Howard, Strength and Fuller. Neither of them are physically able to stand mine work, as is now being imposed on them in the Tennessee Coal and Iron mines. It will be to late to act after they are deed. The matter should be brought to the attention of Gov. Jelks at once.
