Roxie Elliot. a negro woman school teacher has been arrested at Briarfield Bibb county on Warrants charging her with the killing of her child. The child was of illegitimate birth and was found hanging in the woods with its neck broken. It was only a few days old when killed. The find was made by some hunters.
