A Colored Teacher Arrested in Bibb County Charged with Infanticide
Birmingham April 4-[Special]- Roxie Elliot, a negro woman school teacher has been arrested at Briarfleld Bibb county on warrants charging her with the killing of her child. The child was of illegitmate birth and was found banging in the woods with its neck broken. It was only a few days old when killed. The find was made by some hunters.
