- Alex used a double-barrel shot gun with turkey shot to kill Mrs. Hubbard. Will Hill then fired a the hit the little girl’s hand and Mr. Hubbard. His right arm was shattered and his side perforated with a small shot. Will Hill was captured and lynched.
