APPLICATION FOR PARDON. To whom it may concern : Notice is hereby given that I will make application to the Governor of Alabama, for the pardon of Frank Saffold on the 28th day of February, 1901. Frank Saffold was convicted in the Circuit Court of Bibb county on the 23rd day of December, 1893, and was sentenced to the Penitentiary for twenty years. S. D. Logan, . Feb 6, 1891.
