Huntsville, May 14. A third negro is reported to have been lynched near Jeff, last night. He was implicated in the Wholesale poisoning of the Kelly family. The latest victim is Jim Nance, alias a discharged negro laborer, who is thought to have instigated the poisoning by the girls, in order to wreak vengeance upon the Kellys. The coroner's jury returned a verdict in the case of the two lynched girls of death at the hands of unknown parties.
