HUNTSVILLE, May 13. A third negro is reported to have been lynched near Jeff last night. He was Urnplioated in the wholesale poisoning of the Kelly family. The latest victim of mob violence is Jim Nance, alias Williams, a discharged negro laborer, who is thought to 'have instigated the poisoning by the girls to order to wreak vengeance upon the Kellys. The coroner's jury 'today -returned a verdict in 'the case of the two lynched girls of death at the hands of unknown parties.
