- TUSKALOOSA One Murderer Convicted. Special to THE TIMES. TUSKALOOSA, April 18. In the Circuit Court to-day the jury in the case of Scip Holley, negro, for the murder of Luther Seely, white, several months ago, brought in a verdict of guilty of murder in the first degree with the death penalty.
