- Scip Holly was not hung on last Friday as was intended. An appeal was taken, which caused an arrest of judgment. As he had attempted to get out of jail several times he was taken to Birmingham for safe keeping. We hope that he will get justice—but we think he ought to have it at the end of a rope.
