Transcript: MRS SALLIE HAYS HESTER. Mrs. Sallie Hays Hester, one of the best known and most beloved women in the city of Tuscaloosa, died this morning at 10:30 o'clock in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry, B. Foster. Mrs. Hester was the widow of the late Dr. William Hester, one of the best known physicians who ever lived in Tuscaloosa. Mrs. Hester was possessed of a lovely disposition and made strong friends, of all with whom she came in contact. She was a very active woman for her age, up to a short time ago. Mrs. Hester is connected with many of the most prominent families of the city and state. Her funeral will take place from the residence of Judge Henry B. Foster at 4 o'clock, Saturday afternoon.
