- Killed by Judge Lynch. ALA., July 10.- - A special from Tuscaloosa says that Trigg's store was the place of the killing of a negro, Wash Bell, by a posse of white men. Wash Bell had been arrested for wife beating and was asleep in a room above the store with Officer Cunningham About midnight before the day of his trial a posse broke into the store and shot Bell to death and fled before they could be recognized. It develops that Bell seduced a white girl near the place of his death.
