Mob Hangs Negro. MONTGOMERY, Ala., July 3.-News has reached Montgomery of the lynching of Robert White, a negro near TalIahassee, Elmore county. Chickens owned by White and his brother, Winston White, annoyed a truck farmer named Thomas, who killed the fowls. That night the two negroes fired several shots at Thomas, but did not hit him.
