The Grand Jury of said County charge that before the finding of this Indictment Ben Martin Jr. and Will Still unlawfully and with malice aforethought killed Robert White alias Robin White by hanging him with a rope. Against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama. Edwin F. Jones, Special Solicitor.
