- ALABAMA BIRMINGHAM. Another Lynching Reported Over the Kelly Poisoning.- Birmingham. Ala.. May 13. A tblrd negro is reported to have been lynched near Jeff, Ala., at an early hour this mumlng, for tho poisoning of the Kelly family, resulting in the death of Joshua Kelly, and dangerous Illness of thirty other persons, which crime caused the lynching Tuesday night of Amanda Franks and Mollle Smith, negro girls in tbe employ of the Kellys. one of whom confetaed to the crime. Implicating the other.
