Will Hill had been captured and was being taking to jail, but he never reached the jail and it is most likely that he was lynched. Bloodhounds are being used in the search. Alex Hill, "a coal black negro." He is 5'10, weighing 250lbs., clean shaven, rough features, and high cheek bones. Alex Hill 3alked through Blocton with a cheap black valise under his arm on the way to Birmingham.
