IRATE HUBBY KILLS It is said that Montgomery was drunk Friday night, and seeing Miller's wife, NEGRO TAXI DRIVER invited her to go to Birmingham with him. A white man had left the negro's taxi to see Joe Miller about some bust- Tuscaloosian Fires Fatal Shots ness. Pinding Miller gone, he sald, he left the house. J. Montgomery, negro taxi driver, at that place Friday, as, the result of an insult to Miller's wife by Montgomery. Miller has been released on his own bond here and Coroner S. I. Hardin has returned a verdict of "justifiable Fiqure"
