NO JUDGE, NO JURY. "Suspicion" Was Enough to Hang Two Negro Girls. Huntsville, Ala., May 12 At daybreak today the b .dies of Mollie Smith and Mandy Franks, negro girls, were found swinging from trees on the road leading from Jefferson, Alabama, to Huntsville. The lynching was done at an early hour by a mob of about twenty persons. The girls are suspected of poisoning the family of James O. Kelley.
