We learn from the Marion Commonwealth that the case of the State vs Perras in the Circuit Court of Perry county, was finally disposed of last Saturday night -- the jury at that time having returned a verdict of "murder in the 2d degree." The prisoner was sentenced to ten years imprisonment in the penitentiary, but both Judge and Jury, as we informed, united in recommending him to Executive clemency. The jury was exclusively white. The case will be taken to the Supreme Court.
