Magloine C. Perras, of Perry County.
Convicted at the Fall Term, 1869, of the Circuit Court, of murder, and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in the penitentiary. Pardon requested by the Circuit Judge, upon the ground, that the jury which rendered the verdict recommended the instant pardon of the prisoner. The jury also request his pardon in a petition. Pardon therefore granted.
