THE STATE OF ALABAMA PERRY County. Probate Court, special term, June 1st, 1892. To Mrs. Lucy A. Dickey and John R. Dickey, her husband, who resides in Atlanta, Ga. To Francis O. Fox, a minor who resides at Raton, in the Territory of New Mexico. To Joseph T. Crenshaw, who resides at Winona, in Mississippi. To Wm. T. Crenshaw who resides at Atlanta, in Georgia. Take notice that Lucy A. Crenshaw has this day filed for Probate, an instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of John W. Crenshaw, deceased, and the matter is set for hearing at a term of this Court to be held at the usual place of holding the same, on the 27th day of June next; when and where you can attend and contest the same if you see cause. Witness my hand in office at Marion, Ala., this 1st day of June, A. D. 1892.
