EXECUTORS' NOTICE. Notice is hereby given that at a term of the Probate Court of Greene county, Alabama, held on the 8th day of November, 1858, the undersigned qualified as Executors' of the estate of Nancy A. Hill, deceased. -- All persons indebted to said estate will please come forward and make settlement, and those having claims against the same are notified to present them within the time prescribed by law, or they will be barred.
