Transcript: The State of Alabama--- Greene County, Probate Court, October 2, 1858. To Samuel W. Inge and his wife Louisa E Inge, residents of San Francisco, California, and Win. D Lott and his wife Eliza G. Lott, Madison County, Mississippi: You are hereby notified that Fabius F. Hill and Charles W. Hill, filed an application in the Probate Court of Greene county, on the 2nd day of October inst., propounding for Probate, a certain instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of Nancy A. Hill, deceased, whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the 2d Monday in Novemeber next be set for hearing said application; and that notice thereof be given to the non-resident heirs at law, by publication for three successive weeks in the Alabama Beacon, a weekly newspaper published in this county, at which time you may appear at the Court House of said county, in Eutaw, and contest the same if you think proper.
