Executors' Sale of Valuable Slaves. Under and by virtue of an order of the Judge of the Court of Probate in & for the County of Greene, and the State of Alabama, made at a term of said Court, holden on the 10th day of January, A. D. 1859, the undersigned, as Executors of the last will and testament of Nancy A. Hill, will offer for sale to the highest bidder, in the town of Greensboro, Alabama, on Tuesday, the 1st Day of February Next, the following named negro slaves -- they are sold for a division among the legatees: a girl Rose, Caroline, Jane, Victoria, Robertis, Lizzie, Rachel and two Children, Harriet and Amanda. Prince, Issac, John Monroe, girl Ann, Jack, Charity and two children, Silas & Paul, Jim, Delia, Ben, Mary Mac, Betsey, and Littleton. The Terms of Sale -- The purchaser will be required to give notes with two good securities, payable 12 months from the day of sale. Fabius F. Mill, Charles W. Hill, Executors of the will of Nancy A. Hill. Greensboro, Jan. 14, 1859.
