IT appearing to my satisfaction that Thomas C.
Perry and wife, Sarah Perry, Jane White and Wil-
liam Simpson, heirs and representatives of Rob-
ert Simpson, deceased, all reside without the lim-
its of this State. It is therefore ordered that they
appear and object to the sale or division of the
Real Estate of Robert Simpson, deceased, on or
before the fourth Monday in April next, or their
consent to the same will be entered of record."
