"In Uniontown, last Friday evening, in a personal altercation, Mr. Albert Williamson shot and killed a negro man. The facts as stated, seem to fully justify Mr. Williamson. The deceased is said to have been a very turbulent and insolent fellow, and entirely without excuse assaulted and fired at Mr. W. several times with a pistol before the fire was returned."
