Swamp + overflow Lands Feb. 8, 1861
Resolved - That the Auditor of Public Accounts and State Treasurer are hereby requested to immediately furnish to the Senate a copy, or if not practicable then an abstract of the reports made to the Treasurer by the Receiver of Swamp and Over flowed Lands, in accordance with Sections five (5) and sections eight (8) of an Act entitled An act for the sale of the swamp and overflowed Lands of the State of Alabama, and for other purposes. Approved February 8, 1861.
Resolved - That the Auditor of Public Accounts and State Treasurer are hereby requested to immediately furnish to the Senate a copy, or if not practicable then an abstract of the reports made to the Treasurer by the Receiver of Swamp and Over flowed Lands, in accordance with Sections five (5) and section eight (8) of an Act entitled "an act" "for the sale of the Swamp and over" "flowed Lands of the State of Alabama" "and for other purposes." Approved February 8th, 1861.
Resolved further - that the Secretary immediately serve a copy of their request upon the officers above mentioned.
