The fines on the forfeited bonds of [[Marre, Andrew|Andrew Marre]] is The Bail of [[Johnson, John M|John M. Johnson]] in the cases in the Circuit Court of [[Coosa County (Ala.)|Coosa County]] of The state vs John M. Johnson for gambling - is remitted for the following reasons [?] To have him said John-son [[Arrest|arrested]] and [[Trial|Tried]] and promised said [Marre?] if he would arrest said Johnson & [?] him the custody of the sheriff & would remit said forfeiture- and is appearing to my satisfaction that he was arrested and delivered said Johnson to the sheriff - the forfeitures are remitted
