[[Williamson, John|Mr. John P. Williamson]] was [[Conviction|convicted]] at the present term of the [[Circuit courts.|circuit court]] for this county under section 3274 of the code.
The conviction was away to a <s> [?] of <s> shirt under of law and There was in my opinion circumstances [?] the case which under is a [?] [?] of execution [?]by. I don’t think the collection of the fine would [?] the [?] of [?], and [?] your Excellency [?] council is.
