Honl [[Moore, Andrew B. (Andrew Barry), 1807-1973|Andrew B Moore]]
Dear Sir
you have heretofore been presented with a [[Petitions, Legal|petition]] asking the release of [[Bishop, Lewis|Lewis Bishop|Bishop, Louis|Louis Bishop]] from imprison-ment[[Prisoner|prisoner/s]]. I’ve learn that you had said that if you were satisfied that his health would be endangered by remaining in jail that you would grant the petition. I now enclose you the sworn statement of the physcians[[Physician|physician/s]]— & for their character refer you to Judge [[Judges|judge/s]] Walker, Judge rice & ask Dr. Taylor, <s>also</s> to Judge [Stoneaho?]. I would also refer you to these Gentle-men in reference to the character of Mr. Bishop— By some twenty witnesses on the trial be proved an [unsppted?] chance for Thirty years.— The facts however are already before you & as I was of. counsel for him I will refer not to Them.
