I hereby certify that I am a practicing physician [[Physician|physician/s]], and for ma-ny years have been intimately acqu-ainted with [[Bishop, Lewis|Lewis Bishop|Bishop, Louis|Louis Bishop]], who has recently imprisoned [[Prisoner|prisoner/s]] in [unclear] County Jail for the kill-ing [[Manslaughter|man slauter]] of [[Maxwell, Jason|Jason Maxwell]]. What I have practised in Mr. Bishop’s family, and have long been fam-iliar with his temperament and <s>[unclear]</s>constitutional peculiarities and from our knowledge of these, before and since his incarceration[[Prisoner|prisoner/s]] , I do not hesitate to give it as my medical opin-ion, that his health will be greatly impaired, perhaps his life jeopardized(?) by longer confinement. I would further testify that he is a confirmed cripple[[Invalids|invalid/s]], and for many years a dyspeptic— condition ^[above his?]^ requesting all the exercise in the open air, that he is capable of taking.
