Moore]] Governor of Men, State of Alabama, the undersigned citizen of said state + - [[Parmer, Jacob|Jacob Parmer]] in Behalf of said [[Parmer,Jacob| Jacob Parmer]] who was at the last term of the [[circuit court|circuit court]] for said county — convicted of [[Larceny|Larceny]] from the person, Respectfully petition your Excellency [cant decipher] that he may be released from imprisonment in the penitentiary to which he has been sentenced for three years under the court room as atone set fourth, The said [[Parmer, Jacob|Jacob Parmer]] has been needed in Barton County — and for a long Time personally.
